Activities - Iftar Ramadan 2014

Gathering of families and friends during the month of Ramadan is one of the main characteristics of the Egyptian culture, the JICA Alumni organized its yearly celebration of holy Ramadan with its members this year by having Iftar together on “Nile Crystal “cruise at Maadi
Two hundred and thirty persons attended the Iftar including his excellency the ambassador of japan MR Toshiro Suzuki,Mr Mutsunaga the chef representative of JICA office in cairo,Mr Jamamoto the culture attaché and his spouse, members from the embassy, guests from Yemen, members from JICA office, members from ministry of foreign affairs and JICA alumni members and their families
The attendants were very satisfied with the company, food and the views of Cairo at night on our amazing Nile River

At 4:00 pm, members ate their lunch at cafeteria’s beach and at about 5:30 pm, the bus moved to return back to Cairo after an enjoyable day and the members thanked the Social Committee.
